Ready to discover what your body is capable of? Sirius Health provides bodyweight training programs and workouts to help you explore your physical potential, move better, get strong and have fun.

Our focus is calisthenics, a creative form of bodyweight training. We achieve optimal training results using minimal equipment, often only your own bodyweight. Mobility is also essential to our programs as it is a prerequisite for strength development and minimize the risk of injuries.
