Near zero visibility in fog is expected or occurring. Visibility may be significantly and suddenly reduced to near zero. Dense fog patches continue to persist this morning over eastern portions of southern Manitoba. The fog is expected to gradually dissipate later this morning into the early afternoon as a drier westerly flow enters the region.
