Four hour bus tour of the island’s many points of interest including Bridal Veil Falls, Ten Mile Point scenic lookout, and Indian craft shops. Departs 1:15 p.m., Monday through Saturday in July & August.

Ontario Ferries
The “MS Chi-Cheemaun” ferry is named for the Ojibway word for “the Big Canoe” and makes four crossing a day in the summer, and three crossing a day in the spring and fall. The crossing time is 1-3/4 hours. Reservations can be made for some of the sailings (in the summer, only the first and last ferry of the day)
Blue Jay Fish Creek Culture Station
16 km northwest, near Tehkummah
This is a fish-breeding station used to raise various species of trout for the area’s lakes and rivers. Visitors can see fish from egg through adult stage. Open all year Monday to Friday, closed holidays.
Mounted Animal Nature Trail
Tehkummah, 12 km north of South Baymouth off Highway 6
Three walking trails through hardwood forests showcase various mounted (stuffed) animals in a wilderness setting. Open daily mid June to mid-August, except Saturday.
South Baymouth Fish Research Station
4 km north of South Baymouth, off Highway 6
Alongside South Bay, visitors can learn about many of the area’s fish species, and the role of fisheries research.
Little School House Museum

This museum displays artifacts from the community’s early fishing station days. The building was one of the Island’s original one-room schoolhouses, built in 1891, and remains on its original site. May – October Daily 9:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
